Candice is a yoga teacher and healer from Texas living and thriving in NYC. With over a decade of teaching and practicing yoga, she is still constantly humbled by the remarkable teachings, insights and delights yoga and body awareness practices can bring. She is a 300+hr trained yoga teacher, 600 hr Yoga Therapist, Certified Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Experiencing student in training. She has taught Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal styles. Yoga ultimately led her to discover conscious sexuality and Neo-Tantra, which inspired her to create her own modality, Naked Yoga Therapy. Naked means more than nudity to her; it’s a way to embrace vulnerability, honesty and living more from one’s core values. A textile free yoga practice can illuminate and allow freedom from shame in our bodies, allow us to access more body confidence and can bring us closer and more connected to our shared humanity, recognizing how we are more similar than different.
